What can I really expect?
This is a small group (of a dozen people or less) who are committed to their personal and professional well-being and growth. From health professionals to high-finance, from real estate to insurance, from retail to consultants, and so many more. As a small business owner to manager to senior-leader or entrepreneur, you’re in the right place.
We’re going to work on where you’ve been, how you got here, where you are now, and where you really, truly want to go in your life. Most people don’t take time to really figure that out. They’ll take more time to plan a vacation than to plan the next few years of their life. This is more than just putting a wish list on a piece of paper. It’s not about wishes. It’s about the deep whispers that call you, the ones you’ve set aside and wonder if you can ever have what you really want.

The Outline
Join me in our select conference/work room on Friday. We’ll get right into it about 12:30 or so. Then, a couple hours later we’ll do a snack break (good snacks because I’m picky). And then a few hours later, we’ll break and go to dinner together. On Saturday, we’ll start about 8am with breakfast together in the room and then we’ll get rolling with the summit after that. We’ll do lunch together and we’ll have snacks available throughout the day (morning and afternoon breaks).
I keep the room at 68 degrees. That’s cool for some. That’s just right for others. Wear layers.
Bring – yourself… come as you are.
You'll Need:
- An open mind and an open heart.
- A willingness to look at who you’ve been and a willingness to declare who you want to become.
- An ability to support others, whether that means offering your perspective or holding a silent space while they work things out for themselves.
- A promise of confidentiality. You don’t want your “stuff” shared and neither does anyone else. So, what happens in the room for others is maintained as sacred. This is about respect for yourself and for others as you dare to grow from who you are now to who you only used to wish you could be. THAT is Exponential Success™!!!
